This site is written and operated by an individual — a professional chef and registered dietitian based in Kyoto, Japan. You can reach me anytime at umami.from.kyoto@gmail.com.

Contact form. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you submit. This information is used only to reply to you. It is never sold or shared with third parties.
